Works full-time ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness and facility upkeep for of warehouse to include inventory control, document management, equipment maintenance and reporting.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat: maintaining clean working area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to work with different departments according to the supervisors instructions to meet daily (often competing) objectives.
Read and interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments, materials, or equipment needs.
Assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
Maintain truck or golf carts and forklifts by completing preventive maintenance requirements: arranging for repairs.
Facilitate the operation of automatic and manual company vehicles up to 26-foot non-CDL box trucks.
Ensure a high level of compliance to safety policies and department protocols are followed and enforced.
Relocate merchandise to the appropriate location for storage and assisting with locating goods in appropriate department(s) for permanent storage.
Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
Drive operational excellence by coordinating the moving of freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas also including loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
Additional duties as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent required.One or more year of warehouse experience preferred. Experience with small equipment operations and mechanical skills preferred. Experience with Inventory Control systems. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds consistently. Valid Driver’s License required and must meet company vehicle driving standards.
Ability to take direction from management and clients as well as work as part of a team in an event production situation
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement
Ability to use power tools
Must know how to operate heavy machinery used to transfer packages from one place to another such as trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, two wheel dollies, scissor lift, high lift, floor scrubber, etc.

Must be able to work in a high stress environment
Must maintain a polished appearance during events while working with public
